PD1M dyzelinis variklis yra Charkovo dyzelinių lokomotyvų gamykloje, o vėliau Penzos dyzelinėje gamykloje, suprojektuoto ir pagaminto D50 dyzelinio variklio modifikacija. Šie keturtakčiai, vienos eilės, šešių cilindrų varikliai turi kompresorių ir elektrinį užvedimą, o jų galia 880 kW. Jie buvo daug kartų atnaujinti ir plačiai naudojami manevriniuose lokomotyvuose. PD1M dyzelinis variklis turi įpūtimo oro aušintuvą, išcentrinį alyvos filtrą ir siurblį alyvai tiekti į filtrą. Buvo modifikuoti kai kurie turbokompresoriaus ir elektropneumatinio servovariklio parametrai. PD1M dyzelinio variklio savitosios degalų sąnaudos sumažintos padidinus išmetamųjų dujų įvado kampą nuo 57 iki 66° prieš apatinį mirties tašką (BDC), padidinus oro suspaudimo laipsnį nuo 11,5 iki 12,5, 2,5° sutrumpinant degalų įpurškimo periodą alkūninio veleno sukimosi kampo atžvilgiu ir panaikinant išankstinį įpurškimą, panaudojant naują tiekimo vožtuvą, padidinus purkštuko antgalio išėjimo angą iš cilindro dangtelio 6,0 7,33 mm vietoj 4,5–5,83 mm, padidinus purkštuko adatos skersmenį prie kūgio nuo 4,0 iki 4,8 mm ir padidinus jos pakėlimo aukštį nuo 4,5 iki 6,0 mm, pakeitus stūmoklio vainiko formą, sumažinus sandarinimo žiedų skaičių nuo penkių iki keturių ir padvigubinus alyvos išleidimo griovelių skaičių.

DALYVIO ATITIKTIES REIKALAVIMAI, LAIMĖTOJO PATIKRA IR TEISĖ NESUDARYTI SANDORIO

1. Aukciono dalyvis, dalyvaudamas aukcione, patvirtina, kad jis ir asmenys ar organizacijos, kurie tiesiogiai ar netiesiogiai jį kontroliuoja (vadovaujantis: politika) arba daro esminę įtaką jo veiklai ar sprendimams, nėra įtraukti į tarptautinių, Europos Sąjungos ar nacionalinių sankcijų sąrašus ir savo veikla ar ryšiais nekelia grėsmės Lietuvos Respublikos nacionaliniam saugumui. Paaiškėjus, kad šis patvirtinimas neatitinka tikrovės arba pateikta informacija yra klaidinanti, dalyvio sumokėtas garantinis įnašas negrąžinamas.

2. Pasibaigus aukcionui, aukciono dalyvis, pasiūlęs didžiausią aukciono kainą (toliau – didžiausią kainą pasiūlęs dalyvis), bus vertinamas siekiant užtikrinti tinkamą sutarties vykdymą ir atitiktį teisės aktų bei LTG įmonių grupės reikalavimams (reputacija, finansinis stabilumas, sankcijos, nacionalinis saugumas).

3. Aukciono organizatorius (Turto savininkas) turi teisę nepripažinti didžiausią kainą pasiūliusio dalyvio aukciono laimėtoju ir atsisakyti sudaryti su juo Pirkimo–pardavimo sutartį, jeigu nustatoma bent viena iš šių aplinkybių:

3.1. Atlikus vertinimą dėl atitikties tarptautinėms, Europos Sąjungos ar nacionalinėms sankcijoms bei nacionalinio saugumo reikalavimams, nustatoma, kad dalyvis (ar jį kontroliuojantys asmenys) yra įtraukti į sankcijų sąrašus arba savo veikla, ryšiais ar aplinkybėmis gali kelti grėsmę nacionaliniam saugumui.

3.2. Nacionaliniam saugumui užtikrinti svarbių objektų apsaugos koordinavimo komisijai (NSK), atlikus ketinamo sudaryti sandorio patikrą, pateikiama išvada, kad sandoris su aukciono dalyviu kelia riziką nacionalinio saugumo interesams ar neatitinka nacionalinio saugumo interesų.

4. Aukciono organizatoriui pasinaudojus teise nepripažinti didžiausią kainą pasiūliusio dalyvio aukciono laimėtoju 3 punkte nurodytais pagrindais (t. y., atsisakius su juo sudaryti sutartį), organizatorius gali laimėtoju paskelbti dalyvį, kurio pasiūlymas buvo antroje vietoje, su sąlyga, kad šis dalyvis taip pat atitinka visus šiame skyriuje nurodytus reikalavimus (t. y., jam taip pat atliekamos patikros pagal 3.1–3.2 punktus).

5. Turto savininkas, atsisakydamas sudaryti sutartį šio skyriaus 3 punkte nurodytais pagrindais, neprivalo kreiptis į kompetentingas institucijas dėl informacijos pagrindimo ir neprivalo pateikti aukciono dalyviui jokių pažymų ar kitų įrodymų, pagrindžiančių Turto savininko sprendimą.

6. Turto savininkas bet kuriuo momentu iki aukciono dienos turi teisę dėl bet kokių priežasčių nutraukti aukciono vykdymą.

Description:

The PD1M diesel engine is a modification of the D50 diesel engine designed and manufactured at the Kharkov Diesel Locomotive Plant, and later at the Penza Diesel Plant. These four-stroke, single-row, six-cylinder engines have a compressor and electric start, and their power is 880 kW. They have been upgraded many times and are widely used in shunting locomotives. The PD1M diesel engine has a charge air cooler, a centrifugal oil filter and a pump for supplying oil to the filter. Some parameters of the turbocharger and electropneumatic servomotor were modified. The power of the PD1M diesel engine was increased to 880 kW, and fuel consumption was reduced to 225 g/kWh, after implementing the following measures: the TK-30 turbocharger was replaced by the TK-30N turbocharger with a reduced nozzle cross-sectional area, which increased the air supply to the diesel engine from 1.7 to 2.0 kg/s, the average effective pressure from 0.773 to 0.915 MPa and the increased air pressure; the crankshaft speed was increased from 740 to 750 rpm, and the average piston speed from 8.14 to 8.25 m/s. The specific fuel consumption of the PD1M diesel engine was reduced by increasing the exhaust gas inlet angle from 57 to 66° before bottom dead center (BDC), increasing the air compression ratio from 11.5 to 12.5, shortening the fuel injection period by 2.5° relative to the crankshaft rotation angle and eliminating pre-injection, using a new supply valve, increasing the nozzle tip outlet from the cylinder head to 6.0–7.33 mm instead of 4.5–5.83 mm, increasing the nozzle needle diameter at the cone from 4.0 to 4.8 mm and increasing its lift height from 4.5 to 6.0 mm, changing the shape of the piston crown, reducing the number of sealing rings from five to four and doubling the number of oil drain grooves.

PARTICIPANT'S COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS, WINNER'S VERIFICATION AND RIGHT NOT TO CONCLUSION OF THE TRANSACTION

1. By participating in the auction, the auction participant confirms that he and the persons or organizations that directly or indirectly control him (according to: politics ) or have a significant influence on his activities or decisions are not included in the international, European Union or national sanctions lists and do not pose a threat to the national security of the Republic of Lithuania through their activities or connections. If it turns out that this confirmation is not true or the information provided is misleading, the guarantee deposit paid by the participant will not be refunded.

2. After the auction, the auction participant who offered the highest auction price (hereinafter referred to as the highest bidder) will be evaluated in order to ensure proper execution of the contract and compliance with the requirements of legal acts and the LTG group of companies (reputation, financial stability, sanctions, national security).

3. The auction organizer (Property Owner) has the right not to recognize the participant who offered the highest price as the winner of the auction and to refuse to conclude a Purchase and Sale Agreement with him/her, if at least one of the following circumstances is established:

3.1. After conducting an assessment of compliance with international, European Union or national sanctions and national security requirements, it is determined that the participant (or persons controlling him/her) are included in the sanctions lists or may pose a threat to national security through their activities, connections or circumstances.

3.2. After conducting an inspection of the intended transaction, the Coordination Commission for the Protection of Objects Important for National Security (NSK) is presented with a conclusion that the transaction with the auction participant poses a risk to national security interests or does not comply with national security interests.

4. If the auction organizer exercises the right not to recognize the participant who offered the highest price as the winner of the auction on the grounds specified in paragraph 3 (i.e., refusing to conclude a contract with him), the organizer may declare the participant whose bid was in second place as the winner, provided that this participant also meets all the requirements specified in this section (i.e., he is also subject to checks in accordance with paragraphs 3.1–3.2).

5. The property owner, refusing to conclude a contract on the grounds specified in paragraph 3 of this section, is not obliged to apply to the competent authorities for substantiation of information and is not obliged to provide the auction participant with any certificates or other evidence substantiating the decision of the Property Owner.

6. The property owner has the right to terminate the auction at any time before the auction day for any reason.
