Asmuo negali būti aukciono dalyviu, jeigu:

Per 1 (vienerius) metus nuo turto perdavimo asmeniui pagal anksčiau sudarytą sutartį dienos Bendrovė iš viešosios erdvės sužino, kad asmuo nesilaikė anksčiau sudarytoje sutartyje sąlygų dėl sankcijų, t.y. perdavė prekes, kurios patenka į Reglamento (ES) 833/2014 draudžiamų eksportuoti prekių sąrašą arba Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausybės 2023 m. birželio 30 d. nutarimu Nr. 512 patvirtintą Nacionalinį kontroliuojamų dvejopo naudojimo prekių sąrašą, į Rusijos Federaciją, jos kontroliuojamas teritorijas ar Baltarusijos Respubliką; Asmuo yra Bendrovės turto savininko padalinio darbuotojas ar tiesiogiai su turtu susijęs asmuo, ar sprendimų dėl turto pardavimo rengimo, svarstymo ir (ar) priėmimo procedūrose dalyvavęs asmuo (pavyzdžiui, kai darbuotojo funkcijos tiesiogiai susijusios su bendrovės turto pardavimo / vertės nustatymo veikla), išskyrus atvejus, kai Komisija nusprendžia kitaip.

A person may not participate in the auction if:

Within 1 (one) year from the date of transfer of the asset to the person under a previously concluded contract, the Company becomes aware from public sources that the person failed to comply with the terms of the previous contract regarding sanctions, i.e., transferred goods included in the list of prohibited exports under Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 or in the National List of Controlled Dual-Use Goods approved by Resolution No. 512 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 30 June 2023, to the Russian Federation, its controlled territories, or the Republic of Belarus;

The person is an employee of the Company’s asset-owning unit, or a person directly related to the asset, or a person who participated in the preparation, consideration and/or decision-making procedures regarding the sale of the asset (for example, where the employee’s functions are directly related to the company’s asset sale/valuation activities), except where the Commission decides otherwise.
